Very competitive automotive industry prompts more and more companies to search for tools, reducing costs and improving effectiveness of work. The first step in this direction is an appropriate management system.

What did we offer?

Before the start of design work, the contractor needed to get familiarized with very specific requirements of Polish Tires Wholesalers, resulting from experience in specialized retail and service market of automotive industry. This information allowed Softhis to create a software serving as a sales and settlement system and complex deposit data base.

Production and implementation

With its help, car services offering fleet support, are able to settle sales with head office and manage the calendar of client’s visits. The system allows for full control of costs and margin, setting individual fees for groups of intermediaries and customers. Application manages also fleet deposits, including relocations and reservations of new tires. Thanks to the identifying system, users can track the history of each tire or vehicle, and enter orders to the system faster than before.

System is available also for drivers and fleet administrators (PSO customers), who can place orders concerning their deposits, reserve tires, track orders and settlements.

Application was equipped with tools generating various reports and statistics while invoice module allows users to perform all actions related with bills.
