What did we offer?

The goal which was set for the new WWW service was to inform in user friendly way, both tourist and citizens and encourage them to visit Museum.

Production and implementation

Information website of National Museum In Krakow, in addition to easy to use content management system, was equipped with complex set of tools for promotion and marketing purposes. Portal presents current events related to the activity of The Main Building and all establishments within the Museum’s structure, customized for different audiences.

Additional tools allow editors obtain marketing information, plan exhibitions and communicate with visitors and Museum’s partners.

Moreover, solutions attracting attention are very important elements, no matter if the user has already visited the museum or not. One of them is online shop, which offers steady supply of guide books, albums, souvenirs, reproductions and publications for more advances connoisseurs of art. Noteworthy is also educational section , deigned for different groups of customers and “mediateka”- multimedia dictionary and archives.
