Esensive Enterprise is a complex modular management platform for medium and large companies and organizations requiring flexible and technically advanced solutions.
Key features of the Esensive platform include customer's free choice in shaping a final product, a possibility of easy configuration from available modules and functions, intuitive user interface and, most importantly, adjusting to customer's needs. A possibility of working from any corner of the world, freedom from the necessity to install any particular software, excellent licence and support conditions make Esensive Enterprise a remarkable partner in management.
Users, groups and privileges
The platform is based on two foundations: a universal privileges system for all resources defined for particular modules (documents, project tasks, clients, etc.) and a possibility to build information and work flows (comprising any given resources) specific for the organization. Regardless of which functional modules are used in a particular implementation, these modules are closely linked and create a comprehensive management system for the organization. The flexibility of the privileges mechanism results from the 3-element model: subject, type of privilege and the object of privilege. This model is complemented by the possibility to define groups and roles in the system, which enables convenient multi-privilege management without losing the possiblity to add exceptions.
Information flow, business processes and group work
High integration level of the solutions based on several modules is also achieved by grouping different resources and functionalities (e.g. DMS module documents and CRM module clients) in compliance with the organization’s operational logic. Such ordering units, called projects, facilitate sharing given resources and enable group work. Projects and privileges are complemented by the possibility of mapping organization’s business processes in the form of information and work flows based on various resources. The person responsible for creating business, production, sales and other procedures designs the process consisting of states, users and undertaken actions, according to granted privileges. The process operates on selected resources, documents, people, project tasks or other objects available on the platform, combining various functionalities into one organism of an IT system.
Documents and knowledge
The DMS module supports work with a wide range of documents in the organisation. Apart from predefined documents, it also allows you to create your own types of both entire documents and the elements of knowledge of any structure. The module is equipped with the tools for documents ordering, cataloging and searching. These documents can be subject to a lifecycle defined by the user. Document flow processes include states of documents and stage change conditions as well as actions performed by users responsible for documents processing. The module’s interfaces enable cooperation with OCR software for documents scanned in the organisation as well as integration with other applications which process documents.
Projects and production
The PMS module provides tools for complex project management. Defining the project tasks, resources or costs connected with project realization enables you to plan projects in a universal manner. Apart from such features as Gantt diagram visualisation or defining the project’s critical path, the module is equipped with the implementation of agile methodologies, used in IT projects. The project manager has at her disposal additional tools for raporting project progress, monitoring project tasks or statistics regarding the use of resources.
Resources
The RMS module allows you to manage resources in the organisation. Its main aim is to record all types of resources which can be categorized, described and located. Storehouse economics functions make it possible to monitor the degree of the resources use, consumption or availability. The module can be integrated with other platform modules where resources play an important role. The module tools support ordering and delivery management, enabling you to control, create and monitor resources circulation as well as the logistics of the storehouse processes. The RMS particularly supports human resources management in the organisation and facilitates the recruitment process. Fixed resources availability can be illustrated in a visually attractive availability schedules.
Sales and customers' relationship
The CRM module is equipped with all standard functionalities for sales management. These functionalities include customer database, history of relations with a customer within a particular enterprise and a list of contacts representing the customer. The module is also equipped with tools for planning sales activities. The salesman creates a timetable of meetings or other contacts with customer and records the results. The module tools support salesmen in tracking potential activities concerning the same customer. They also help to synchronize such activities. The user supervising activities of a group of salesmen can create sales registers, plan sales targets, create reports concerning the execution of sales guidelines by the supervised group and carry out sales analyses regarding particular periods and employers.
Tickets, requests and bug tracking
The bugtracker and tickets module constitutes a useful set of tools supporting cooperation with a customer on a project. Owing to the possibility of configuring ticket’s lifecycle, notifying about tickets or recording time spent on dealing with a ticket, tickets register facilitates flexible cooperation on a project. Defining resources and statistics generated within the module support both optimal allocation of people to tickets servicing and automatic generation of settlements based on work time. Module applications make it possible to monitor the realization of particular tickets as well as to cooperate in a group on the realization of the ticket with the use of memos and notifications. The bugtracker module can be integrated, among other things, with the project management module through assigning tickets to particular projects and managing the tickets as project tasks.
